Austin serves as the general counsel for ACTAI Global, having formed the entity over 10 years ago; he’s been an avid kiteboarder for almost 20 years, and has had the privilege of participating in Bill Tai’s kiteboarding events since then. By day, Austin is a sole practitioner in Silicon Valley, specializing in commercial real estate and construction contracts, including the just-completed >1m square foot “Founder’s Tower” for Adobe’s HQ facility in San Jose, for which he negotiated all of the design and construction contracts. Austin lives in Silicon Valley with his family, and heads to the coast or the mountains whenever possible.
