Conservationist, Technologist
Paula Taylor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sovereign Green Compute (SGC), leading the commercial strategy and multi-site development of a digital-infrastructure and nature-capital platform built in partnership with Indigenous communities.
Paula is also Co-Founder and Vice-Chair of West Tech Fest, where she has played a key role in shaping Western Australia’s technology and investment ecosystem, including establishing First Nations X and First Nations House to accelerate Indigenous innovation and global capital pathways.
Her earlier career includes senior roles with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, supporting major international governance and economic-development initiatives, and serving as Project Director for LNG16 in Algeria overseeing complex, multi-country program delivery.
Paula previously led D&AD Impact in New York, working with global sustainability and ESG teams from LEGO, Mattel, Unilever and Starbucks, delivering international programs focused on impact innovation. She also contributes long-standing leadership in climate and ocean initiatives, including serving as a Mission Blue Hope Spot Champion.
Paula’s experience across digital infrastructure, capital strategy, international program execution and Indigenous partnership provides the commercial and operational grounding for SGC’s sovereign-compute and nature-capital model.
